If people ever wonder what do i eat here. Breakfast is an obligation for me. Most of the time breakfast must be a glass of milk with chocolate powder and 5 tablespoon of quaker oat. Sometimes i take wholewheat bread with a slice of cheese.
Kalu bangun awal, kena lunch la tapi kalu bangun lewat, maka brunch laa. For lunch biasanya kalu ade kelas makan kat cafe tapi jarang lah biasenye makan home made sandwich consists of slice of sausages or smoked salmon with cheese atau makan snickers atau apa saja snack ringan.
Dinner usually i take a banana and an apple. Notice that i rarely buy vegetable or salad because they cannot last long. To have my veggie fix i'll eat out once in a while.
I hope i can improve my daily diet in eating more vegetables. U mightsay i dont eat that much but in between these main meals, i snack a lot. Since the past few weeks i hv been living with 3 or 4 bags of 200gm chips plus a bag of 500gm m&m's peanut per week for snack..
Dah la pemalas tak excercise, i only relying on 1 km walk to and from bus stop everyday.. Sejuk sangat nak joging, nak gi gym mls sebab kena naik bas dan takde mase.. Jalan laju pon boleh laa..
Biase once a week i cook something serious. I consider kari kurma sambal eaten with rice or pasta are serious..
