Lame dah aku tak marah kat orang dalam blog ni. Lama lah kira sebab aku pon dah lupa bila last time aku tulis entry bengang yang makan dalam panas hati punya. Hahaha.


Well I am still offshore now. Last time for my previous hitch I was on board for a full swing - 28 days under the client' rule. Then I went back to KL for 4 days before going offshore again. It has been more than one week now. Until now, I have no idea I need to stay here for how many days.


Working offshore is quite tough. Sometimes because of operation needs you need to work under the rain, your coverall soaked with rain water, you work till your coverall becomes dry again. Sometimes you work for up to days without sleep. Sometimes 24 hours working without sleep, I tried that. But my job is not the worst, there are still other works worse than this.


Well, yesterday I worked for 20 hours before going to sleep for 4 hours. I woke up this morning at 3am, showered than rushed to the unit. I supposed to start working at midnight, but since I came back late, my lead told me I can catch some sleep.


What is unit? Unit is our office, like a container. Inside it we have a long desk with space for 3 people and a bench that can sit another 2 or 3, normally for anybody who passed by to discuss something with us.


Ape yang aku bengang, ade la mamat dari service company ni, subcon kitorang lah, aku masuk unit je dia dah ade dan duduk di tempat aku. Aku terpaksa merana duduk atas bench tu. Sakit belakang woo duduk lama2. What pissed me off even more is, si celaka ni tengah sedap-sedap browse facebook, layan forum, takdela pikir nak bagi aku duduk kat space aku tu. Aku tengah bertungkus lumus buat report dan job initialization.


Aku dah kira, 4 jam aku buat kerja atas bangku, si celaka ni 4 jam duk take advantage of our internet connection. Sekarang dah 6 jam, aku masih terkial-kial duduk atas bangku ni.


Colleague aku dari Vietnam tu dah pissed off ngan mamat celaka ni, sebab bila aku duduk atas bangku, cable laptop aku atas lantai tu macam berselerak lah sebab socket jauh. Mamat Vietnam ni suruh aku amik tempat dia, si celaka bodo tu takde langsung terpikir nak offer aku duduk tempat asal aku walaupun si Vietnam tu offer aku duduk tempat dia, di depan mata si celaka tu.


Fuck you man, your fucking attitude is horrible. You use our internet for fun is something bad but we tolerate. But when you fucking invade our space without feeling guilty, that is totally fucked up.


I'm so glad I happen to work with such a great company where on this rig only 3 of us share our internet connection and phone, no need to fight with hundreds fucking off each other  fighting for the phone at the galley.


Bukan nak marah sangat, kalau tempat luas takpe la nak datang duduk pon. Ni tempat sekangkang kera cukup-cukup muat untuk kami je pastu kau datang menyibuk, banyak cantik??


Pastu ade sekor lagi roughneck ni, dia ni memang muka tak tau malu. Buat-buat baik ngan kami pastu buat tak bersalah datang unit kami layan internet. Memang muka tak reti bahasa dan tak tahu malu, roughneck lain takde sorang pon buat macam ni. Aku bukan nak pandang rendah atau hina orang, tapi kalau perangai tak reti hormat orang tu, naik angin lah jugak.


Si roughneck ni pulak, bukan setakat memenuhkan office kami yang sempit ni, malah tanpa segan silu main ambik je stock chocolate, gula-gula kami tanpa dijemput. Earplug tu tak yah cakap lah. Memang perangai dia nampak macam orang bodo lah. Kalu otai umur 30-40 ke boleh tahan lah, kami pon respect, ni umur baru setaun jagung 20 lebih dah tunjuk perangai.


Kalu nak layan internet tu pandai-pandai lah lepak galley ke, duduk kat service man room sana tu ke. Pandai-pandai lah bawak diri jangan susahkan orang lain, takde internet sendiri, buat lah care takde internet, I mean just fucking use the common service, not invade us! Kalu setakat pakai datang stay 15-30 minutes takpe jugak, ni sampai dah separuh shift aku kena duduk atas bangku, what the fuck man?


Seriously hati tengah panas.. Keje semalam macam hanjeng tengah hujan sampai panas balik, dah la dekat 20 jam, pastu tido dan rehat tak cukup, skipped lunch dan dinner sebab kerja lagi, pastu ade menatang tak reti bahasa ni..
