When I was in France, almost everytime when I am in my room surfing the internet, I always plan for my vacation, look for cheap flight or any kind of transportation to places around Europe or flight ticket to New York. Back then I always can plan ahead, I already know when the school break is. I kinda miss the ticket hunting.


The cheapest way to travel from Europe to the US is the London-NY route, most of the times it was always the cheapest fare I found. As low as GBP250, but it is quite time consuming, and you won't save that much is the cost to go to London to take the flight is huge. So I also need to check RyanAir, Eurolines, Eurostar and Easyjet for London ticket if I wanna go thru London.


Now I am browsing Air Asia page to see if there is any interesting deal. I'd love to go to anywhere in Australia, Japan or Korea for a short trip, say 4-5 days. Sometimes I think it might not worth the price I pay for a short trip at these places. So maybe I'll opt to travel to SEA countries. We'll see how.


I don't even know when will I go back to town, honestly I have no idea till when I need to be offshore for this time. It seems like nobody is available to replace me here. The company is operating in so many rigs now. For new year, it is most likely I will be celebrating offshore. Damn, this might be my last new year celebration as a non married man.
