Another game, another 'fine' performance!

Macam biase, bila ada game Man U, pada masa itu akan ku berada di Irish Pub. Selagi aku guna internet yang tak boleh tengok bola.
Well, today's match- Boro vs Man U at Riverside Stadium.
Memandangkan hari masih siang, aku orderlah cafe.
Sampai je game dah start. Kuzcak in goal replacing van der Sar yang injured di saat akhir.
Heinze at left back as Patrice Evra and Mikael Silvestre are not available.
What a joy for me to watch Heinze playing as he is one of my fave player.

Gabriel Ivan Heinze, leftback. Won fan's fave player in his 1st season with Man U.



Aku tak faham kenapa Fergie lagi suka Evra dari dia ni. Yes, Evra is good.
Tapi Heinze pun bagus la. Aku harap dia tak keluar dari Man U, huhu.
Man U started very well to lead 1-0 with a fine goal from Wayne Rooney. What a great pass from ever green Ryan Giggs the Welsh Wizard.
He even stroke the right post once. Unlucky.
And thanks to Kuzcak for his fine saves in that game.
He saved at least 2 real chances and he cannot be blame for the 2 goals we conceeded.
I think it is the defender's fault of giving them too much spaces for the 2 goals.
The 2nd goal is superb, an unstoppable volley. A perfect turn resulting a powerful volley.
And Ronaldo was lucky enough to score from the penalty spot. Schwarzer guessed the right way.
For the 2nd game in a row, a Man U player was booked for diving. In my eyes and p.o.v, Larsson was not so lucky to be booked for that reason. Not a perfect way to finish his Man U career.
For Boro, George Boateng was hero turned villain. He scored the lead and he gave away the penalty.
2-2 was a fair result for both teams.

Anyway, a nice game even the result was not so good for us.
Tapi, aku tabik skuad Man U. This squad has the elements that win them the historic treble in 1999.
'Never talk bout death before you die'. Semangat melawan yang bermati-matian hingga ke wisel penamat.
Mereka tak menyerah walaupun ketinggalan.
1999, they come back from behind in 2 FA Cup games, against Liverpool with a last minute winner from Solksjaer and against Arsenal in the semi final replay at Villa Park. (Remember Schmeichel saved Bergkamp' last minute penalty and Ryan Giggs solo winner?)
In Champions League too, they beat Juventus and Bayern Munich in same style.

Harap-harap tahun ni menang treble lagi laa..
