Monday, not that easy baby..

The hardest day in a week must be a Monday. Once, my friend told me about the completion of an internship report that the hardest thing is to start. Once started, everything will arrive smoothly.

That is why Monday is not something easy. It is not easy to start what will be a hectic working week after having a terrific weekend.

Like I mentioned in my previous entry, I spent my weekend in Bordeaux. Right after work, I took a direct train from Poitiers to Bordeaux. It is the same train I took to get back home everyday, as my place is actually between Bordeaux and Poitiers.

Since I wanted to waste no time going there, I left a little earlier than I always do. I arrived at the train station just before the departure. The queue at the ticket counter was long, so I went to a machine to buy the train ticket as my monthly pass covers only the journey from Poitiers to my place. But the machine works too slow and I afraid if I missed the train, so finally I decided to buy the ticket on the train and it might cost me a little more expensive.

I ended up paying nothing as I couldn’t find the ticket checker. It was like being in an oven; I wonder why the air conditioner didn’t work that day.

Once I arrived at Bordeaux, Mr. A was at the station waiting for me. We went back to his place first to put my bag and to perform Asar. Then we went out to a Chinese buffet restaurant for dinner. We asked Mr. B to come along but he didn’t want to just because he don’t like the way they cut the veggies.

After dinner, we walked around Bordeaux, having guy’s talk. It was great. I went to Bordeaux for a few times already but there are actually a lot of good things at Bordeaux other than Rue Sainte Catherine.

On Saturday, we went out for lunch at a French restaurant, this time Mr. B was with us as well. No big things for us, only salmon is eatable. But it was not bad at all. Even the portion for the entrée is quite big. I was quite full even before the main dish arrived. Then they accompany me in looking for a suit for my presentation.

We went back home as we couldn’t stand the weather, it was extremely hot outside. In the evening I follow them shopping for tomorrow’s chicken rice. After that, I went out again with Mr. A, this time to the other side of Bordeaux.

As usual, nothing big can be done on Sunday in France so we just relaxed at home and preparing chicken rice for our late lunch. It was awesome. Then they sent me to the train station, finally I waved goodbye to them.

Too many things to worry about, I don’t like this. Internship report, preparing for the presentation, university application result and moving out. What a headache.

If I am in class, I couldn’t go out anytime or as much as I wanted. But at work, I can get out anytime I want so that’s why every time when there is something breaks my balls (ça me casse les couilles) I’ll go out of the building for a little while, taking some fresh air. I don’t like being in a closed area.
