Honesty.. Is such a lonely word!

Holiday. Sape sini tak suke holiday sile angkat ibu jari. Even alcoholic pon suke holiday. Ops silap, workaholic. Tatau la kalu ade orang yang tak suke cuti. Tapi ade jer orang yang suke holiday tapi tak suke travelling.

Why did I say so? Because for me, at the moment being the word 'holiday' will always associated with travelling. Even for my summer holiday, I still do at least some travelling 'cuti-cuti Malaysia'.

Venise.. Venice.. Venezia

I travelled quite a lot since I landed my lovely feet in this land of dog merde. Most of the people outside France will respond 'romantic' when France or Paris came across that conversation.

But in reality it is not that romantic. It is full of dog merde. Come to France, or Paris. You will have the impression that you are not in France. You'll think that you are somewhere in the middle or north of Africa. Too many Africans, they even outnumber the Europeans.

Ops, don't get me wrong. I said nothing bad for the moment alright? I am not saying that I don't like them. I am not saying that they do bad things.

One of the thing that I hate the most is when people brand Malaysian as just another Asian or foreigner who leave their home country 'à la recherche' of a better life, doing no matter what for that purpose.

Malaysia and Malaysian are not that bad. Orang kot yang datang cari makan kat tempat kita.

Forget about that. At first I talked about holiday, so now let's proceed. My policy regarding money and travel is quite simple.

You only have lots of holiday while studying. Dah kerja jangan mimpi la. Even if you have annual leaves for like 30 days or 5 weeks (in France), there are still possibilities where you might not be able to use them.

My trip to Londang back in 2008. Flight from my place to London can be booked from 10€ one way including taxes but EXCLUDING LUGGAGE. Bawak hand luggage suda.

Trip to London is nothing without dropping by to the Theater of Dream.. Manchester!

Sadly to say, slowly I started to feel the heat of 'burnt' holiday even though I am still a student, not working yet. Taun lepas dah melepas cuti spring sebab praktikal. That's bullshit.

I supposed to have a 2-week spring break in April, but for the sake of my internship I had to forget about it. This year it's gonna be the same.

Spring break is my favorite break because of the weather at that particular time. It is simply awesome, no need to wear the classic t-shirt+sweatshirt+coat combination, a simple t-shirt or shirt plus a light spring jacket will do.

Picture speaks louder than words. These 2 pics below represent my argument concerning travelling in April. It's like Christmas in July.

Plus, the length of the day, and the flowers. It is simply the best season. Luckily last year my boss finally 'allowed' me to take a week leave so that I could jet off to NY back in May.

Then money. Don't spent it like 'flowing out water from the tap' unlimitedly, but at the same time don't treat money just like how you treat your private part, tak bagi keluar langsung. Spent wisely.

Kalu untuk travel, tak payah sayang sangat. Janganlah beli tiket flight first class untuk balik Malaysia. Just travel wisely. Plan in advance, find the deal that can suit your holiday period and your budget.

Perh, sies aku pon tak terfikir dah menjejak kan kaki di 20 negara.. Not that bad for a 22 year-old. 21 la kalu kire Malaysia skali. Ni transit tak leh kire. Kena discover at least 1 bandar negara tu.

I went to London about 5 times, Manchester 3 times, Barcelona 3 times, Madrid 2 times and New York 2 times.

Sorry derr. Poyo skali-skala. Hik hik hik. Jangan marah. Bagi can laa aku rilex nak final exam next week. Doakan aku pass pon dah cukup.
