One thing I miss about being en France is ze food. Back there, I managed to survived by having quaker oat with milk for breakfast, a sandwich comprised of 2 wholewheat bread with salad, a slice of cheddar cheese and two thin slices of sausage, a whole banana and an aple. For dinner usually I had simply an apple, or a bag of chips.
With that I managed to maintain my weigh, 59kg from October to April. Then the disaster arrived in april when I went to the USA where I stayed thher for almost a month. At a point of my stint there, my weight reached 67kg. Lucklily a week before I went back to la France I had fever. So I managed to reduce it to 64kg.
I was in France for only 2 days, then I went back to Malaysia. At my arrival till now, I manage to maintain my weight at 64-65kg thanks to the threadmill despite the fact that I have been eating like a gorilla ever since my arrival in Malaysia.
I wonder why even though I am still muda bergetah, my weight can easily increase. I’m not eating well only for the sake of having a nice body, but I want to live healthily with no regular rendez-vous at the hospital in 30 years time. You know what I mean ; darah tinggi, kencing manis etc.
Most of the time in Malaysia now, I have quaker oat with milk for breakfast followed by light lunch and light dinner. And I normally burnt around 280Kcal on the threadmill plus some muscle building activity, a very light session.
For dinner I just want something very light, but my mom keep on cooking delicious meal for that. Once I am a married man, I’ll make sure my lovely hot wife to serve only salad and fruits for dinner.
