Back in April, my weight was just 59kg when I 1st arrived in the USA. Then at the end of my a month stay there, it increased to 66kg. I maintained that throughout ramadan. Then after raya, till the day before my departure to France my weight was 70kg. 10kg in 6 months, that is the danger when I'm close to my loved ones.
But since my return to France, I feel much more healthier. Some plain water for sahur, the quaker oat with a glass of milk, a teaspoon of sugar and a rice krispies bar for berbuka puasa and that's all. Hope I'll be able to reduce that figure.
