Well I just arrived from Paris. I spent my weekend there as a good buddy from my UTP days passed by Paris with a friend, they are on a Euro trip.
It was a very pleasant weekend. With full of laughter, crazy laughter when 3 crazy heads met. Like I can hardly find a 10 minutes period passed by without laughing.
Even the 1st thing came out of our mouth when he opened the hotel room door was laughter of course. His friend is a great lad too. I mean we have bad boys mind. We just enjoy the same thing.
Classic tour I provided to friends coming here. To the places of interest, depending on their objectives. We went shopping to the outlet at Val d'Europe on Saturday. I brought them around to see some monuments the next day.
Since we didn't have that much time, I brought them to the Eiffel Tower of course, Arc de Triomphe, feeling rich at Avenue des Champs Elysees (I still struggling to find out how to enable French keyboard mode with my new laptop. Anyone know how for Windows 7), then to the Sacre Coeur and Louvre.
Now I realized that picture taken using DSLR looks awesome even if it was taken by a camera illiterate like me. I was impressed by my performance. Hehe. No, i'm kidding but at least they looks better than picture that I take using compact cameras. Thanks to the automatic setting.
Finally I touched my 1st rice meal ever on French soil since arriving here 3 weeks ago. Still, I am quite disappointed with my financial management.
But at least I finally have that specially designed for Hard Rock Cafe Paris' shirt. I feel like wasted when I only grab that HRC all access card at my 11th HRC shirt purchase. Oh my God, I'll have like lots of cash inside if I bought it earlier.
Now let's count how many HRC shirts I have since my collection started back in 2008.
1. Barcelona
2. Athens
3. New York
4. Philadelphia
5. Orlando
6. Key West
7. Hollywood, FL
8. Pittsburgh
9. Paris
10. Manchester
Well next weekend I'll be in Lyon. That will be my 1st visit ever to the 2nd biggest city in France. Like finally after 5 years passed in France!
Still struggling to find where to go for that 1 week break at the end of this month.
