Stand up if you love Man U!

Well, what a wonderful 2 days i passed.
First, 7th March the day Man U confirmed their place in the last 8 of Champions league.
Second, 8th March the day i went to Bordeaux cause i went to KFC there.

UNITED- Les Franglais (mak french bapak english) who was in the same side with me that night.

The 7th March was a normal day for me, untill i watched Man U progressing to the last 8 of the Champions League for the 1st time since 2003.
That year they went out on away goals rule to Real Madrid, just like the year before when the losing finalist, Bayer Leverkusen (remember Zidane's volley) did that to us in the semi final.

And the next 3 years was absolutely a disaster for Man U.
In 2004, they lose the 2nd round match to the winner, FC Porto.
In 2005 also in the same stage to AC Milan the losing finalist against suprise package Liverpool.
In 2006, the real disaster as they were in the bottom place of their group stage.
Ok, forget about the disaster, lets talk bout the future. We learn from mistake.

Hopefully this cabinet is going to be added with another 3 trophies at the end of this season (Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League) and another 3 trophies by the end of the year (Charity Shield, European Super Cup and World Club Cup).

At first, i was the only customer there who support Man U but luckily, a family of Man U supporter arrive later. The mom is a French lady and the dad is an Englishman.
Their 3 children and me had the red home Man U jersey on our body that night.
They sat at the same table with me with a French guy who is the friend of the couple.
This French guy is a Lille supporter. They all were very kind to me.
Since there was no hot drink in the evening, i asked for a coke.
Macam-macam kami sembang sambil layan bola.
Pening aku nk susun ayat kadang-kadang Francais kadang-kadang English.
Nak faham ape dia cakap then nak balas balik. Uishh..
Sekali-sekala cuak bile pandang belakang. Why?
Sebab semua yang belakang mamat-mamat Lille.
Takut la kalu kene belasah pakai baju Man U nih. Alhamdulillah, semua berjalan lancar.
Best sembang ngan uncle tu. Dia cakap dia dulu duk kat Manchester.
Sempat tengok George Best main dalam final 1968 vs Benfica at the old Wembley tu.
Aku pun nak sembang gak. Aku cakap la yang Disember lepas I went to Old Trafford.
Just for stadium tour je, tunjuk la gambar dalam telefon.

Now lets talk about the game. It was a boring game actually. Van Der Sar did very well in stopping every shot. Cristiano Ronaldo pun bodoh diving.

Tau la ada contact, tapi berpada-pada la. Awak tu terkenal sangat dalam bab diving ni.
Pandai-pandai la nk hidup. Berlakon tak pandai. Bimbang takut dia dapat kad kuning lagi then miss next match.

But 1 thing for sure, what a header from Larsson. Credit to Ronaldo for his well timing cross.
His celebration was superb. Buat-buat tak tau gol, hahaha.
This time, no doubt at all about that goal. More than enough to shut them up.

And for Larsson, he ended his short Old Trafford career in style.
A good news for Heize and a bad one for Fergie at the end of that match, Silvestre's injury.
Kurang satu saingan Heinze for the left back post and for Fergie, kurang la satu pilihan.

Nasib baik la striker dah tak berkurang. Aku tak balik lagi, tapi tengok nasib Milan yang bertarung dalam masa tambahan lawan Celtic. Lawa gile Kaka' score solo.

The last 8 teams- Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool, Milan, Roma, Bayern, PSV and Valencia.
The draw is going to take place in Athens this friday ( esok la ).

Esoknye aku bangun subuh at 6am pastu sambung tidur. Suddenly at 9am member sorang call asking me 'nak pergi Bordeaux tak?' Sebut Bordeaux, ingat KFC. So aku tak cakap banyak, setuju.

Aku sambung tidur. Pukul 1030 aku bergegas ke gare untuk beli ticket. Bertolak ke Bordeaux pada jam 1125 dari La Rochelle. Perjalanan dalam tren selama 2 jam setengah agak membosankan. Nasib baik aku dengar mp3.

Sampai gare kami keluar beli tiket tram, terus gerak pergi KFC. Semua dah lapar. Ramai orang di Bordeaux sebab Bordeaux merupakan antara bandar besar di Perancis.

Di gelar 'Capital Wine of the world' kerana peranannya sebagai pengeluar utama wine. Kami jalan cepat-cepat akhirnya sampai lah kami di KFC. Kami dengan tamaknya order banyak.
Aku dan member sorang lagi share 1 bucket yang ade 33 ketul chicken wings.

Lepas kerjakan KFC, kami ronda-ronda sekitar Bordeaux. Suasana di Bordeaux ni macam di Oxford Circus di London. Puas kami pusing Centre Ville Bordeaux.

Sebelum balik kami singgah lagi ke KFC untuk bungkus. Tapi masa tak mengizinkan.
Takut terlepas tren, kami batalkan niat nak menguntungkan KFC, bergegas ke gare.
Nak naik tram pun ade masalah. Mesin jual tiket rosak, kami terpaksa lah naik tanpa tiket.


Sampai umah dalam pukul 10 malam. Letih.
