Its Friday again, what a relief. Next week is my very last week at SAGEM Défense Sécurité for my internship. Of course it is quite tiring, but there is a little sentiment of sadness to leave my office.
Even though my internship is not finished yet, but my project is. It was successful as before we started, Flinstone set an objective of increasing the productivity of that vibration test to 20%, and I managed to increase it to 30%.
Everybody was good to me. For sure I am going to miss Ludo, Pierre-Louis and Aurélien who are all fellow interns here. Especially Ludo, whose desk is just in front of mine. When Flinstone and David the engineers were away, we open talks. Not contract negotiations.
We talk about lots of things, because we love the same things. Motor sport and football, especially. Sometimes we speak English. For a Frenchman, his English is quite good.
Doing this internship, I think I love working even more than before. No homework, no things to memorize or studies. I don’t mind if sometimes I need to work at home, but that study part is the one I hate.
But the route to glory is still quite long for me. At least, there are still 3 years ahead. Sometimes I just couldn’t believe that my 4th year in
My first two years was a real catastrophic. My profs didn’t want to allow me to continue in Diploma. But I managed to convince my sponsor that I can do it. As they are the one who have the final word, so I won.
After two years, Alhamdulillah I got my Diploma, plus with quite a good score. In Anglophone world, my GPA is around 3.2. It wasn’t too good, I know. But considering the work I’ve done, it can be considered too much.
To be honest, I only do my revisions the day before the test. Homework? Never. I am not that lazy actually, but I just didn’t have the appetite to work anymore after a heavily packed day of class, started at 8 in the morning and finished at 6 in the evening with only 1 hour of recess in between. Almost everyday, except Thursday afternoon which is reserved for sport activities.
Once I start my 1-year Bachelor’ Degree in September, I’ll change. There will be more spare time for me. Looking forward to spend that spare time in gym.
