Box like a king

I always wanted to do boxing. I have the interest. I want to throw punches, kicks on my opponents. But I’m not that brave, I’m afraid I might lose my teeth. But now I find each workout session is like boxing, I keep trying to better my previous day’s record. Every time I beat my previous record, I feel like knocking out a new, a stronger opponent.


One of my classmates at Angoulême once told me, the hardest thing in doing something is to start it. He said that to me on MSN, at that time I asked him about our internship report. For me, that concept is also applicable on my gym visit. Now if I could, I want to hit it again at 10pm after teraweh even though I had a session after work for about an hour.


But the problem is the membership costs quite a fortune to me. If I stay here for a year, I’ll join it I think. But the one at my office is free. If my office is like a 5-minute ride from my place, I’ll hit the gym thrice a day during weekends.


Ohh come on guys, hitting the gym not necessarily means doing muscle workout. For the moment being, I prefer to jog on the treadmill. I want to improve my fitness, my endurance. I do muscle workout too. But it is not my objective to have big arm and eating that protein supplement. Ape guna ade tangan besar tapi ada sakit jantung?


Muscular sikit2 macam most footballers (soccer) tu ok la. Ni tangan besar gile Nampak berat semacam je. I am just worry about my heart condition in 20 years time. Plus I eat a lot like hell. At least tak la makan je, ade jugak workout.


Tahun ni memang murah rezeki. Minggu lepas ade invitation buka puasa kat Swiss Garden, semalam kat Royal Lake Club. Makan free laju je kan. Hari nip on buka puasa kat hotel lagi. Bayar sendiri laa this time pegi dengan member kamceng sekolah. Sape lagi kalu bukan hantu 2 orang tu.
